Z-Probe tool length sensor

After a tool change, our tool length sensor enables precise measurement of the tool length.
The sensor responds immediately on contact with the tool.
Thanks to the solid stainless steel construction of the probe, which is guided in a plain bearing, indentation or tilting is prevented.
This ensures consistent accuracy over the entire sensing surface.

Technical data:

• Supply voltage 5-24V
• Accuracy < 0.01mm
• Probe height approx. 30mm
• Output switched according to supply voltage PNP - NC (with integrated pull-down)
• LED display normal state blue and red on contact
